Processing & Delivery Timeline:
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3–4 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once dispatched, delivery within the UAE typically takes 1–3 additional working days depending on your emirate and exact location.
Shipping Charges:
International deliveries are subject to courier charges, customs duties, taxes, and any other applicable fees levied by the destination country (payable by the recipient).
Shipping Coverage:
Safqar Perfumes currently ships exclusively within the United Arab Emirates, covering all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. International shipping is available; charges will be calculated at checkout based on the courier’s rates.
Order Tracking:
You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email as soon as your order is confirmed and shipped, allowing you to monitor its journey in real time.
Payment Methods:
We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, and Apple Pay for online purchases. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across all UAE locations for an additional fee of AED 15. Please note that COD is not available for international orders.
Product Availability:
Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you immediately to offer a replacement or a full refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us straight away with photos via the Contact page, and we will arrange a free replacement or return.
Accurate Shipping Information:
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout. Safqar Perfumes is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to inaccurate information.
